We do not vouch for the qualifications of any assessor listed here, and you should independently verify credentials and licensing before hiring. You are solely responsible for the upfront cost of the assessment, which may not be recoverable depending on the outcome of your case.

When you call: let them know that The Mold Lawyers sent you, and ask them to forward the reports to our office at moldreport@themold.lawyer.

What your inspection should include

  • A minimum of two indoor air samples, plus one outdoor sample as a baseline.
  • Surface samples where valuable personal property may be affected.
  • A remediation protocol describing the full remediation procedure — this should be included in the price of the assessment.
