The hiring of a mold inspector does not guaranty that The Mold Lawyers will agree to accept your case, but rather will provide us with the information that we need in order to properly evaluate your case for consideration.

We are providing this directory of mold assessors for the convenience of our potential clients. However, we do not vouch for or guarantee the quality or the qualifications of any mold assessor included in this directory. It is essential that you independently verify the credentials and suitability of the mold assessor you wish to work with. Please exercise due diligence in selecting the mold assessor that best meets your needs.  We are not responsible for the results you may receive from the mold assessor.

Some of these items, such as the mold assessment, will require the up-front payment of money by you and you understand that you are solely responsible, and not the Firm, to pay these providers. Depending on the facts of your case and the results of the testing, you may or may not be able to recover these costs.

All mold inspections should include at least two indoor air samples and one baseline outdoor air sample for comparison.  In addition, you may want to consider surface (or swab) samples of any personal property which has a high dollar value.  In addition, the report should contain a remediation protocol which describes the procedures required to fully remediate the mold problem.  The remediation protocol should be included in the price.
