We know you have many legal choices when trying to select a law firm. At Militzok & Associates, we want to be your toxic mold attorneys. We believe our toxic mold experience and the relationships we develop with our clients makes us stand out among all the other law firms.

What makes us different

It is important to understand that not all law firms are the same. Not all law firms are willing to file mold cases in court. Some law firms try to quickly settle claims out of court because they don’t have toxic mold experience. The Mold Lawyers at Militzok & Associates are different. We pursue each case individually and develop our legal strategy based on the facts in the case. We have the experience to aggressively represent each client to obtain the best possible result.
